I noticed that I sent my votes to the wrong email, so I am sending them again.

In addition to my votes below, I would like to suggest that we consider endorsing the following candidates:

1. Rufus Gifford (Congress House, MA-3) – To replace Nicki Tsongas. Rufus is openly gay, worked on the Obama campaign in 2012 and was ambassador to Denmark. He has solid progressive positions and I think would be excellent.
2. Ben Bloomenthal (State House, 14th Middlesex) – Ben is very smart and well qualified and also has solid progressive positions.

As you’ve probably seen, Setti Warren announced that he is terminating his candidacy for Governor.  This is, of course, a significant change, in the middle of PDM’s endorsement balloting.  
 
On recommendation of the Endorsement Task Force and the leadership team, we are inviting any sustaining members who have already voted to revise their votes in the gubernatorial race, by submitting their choices on the revised ballot below.  It would be helpful if you’d indicate in your email that this is a replacement for a previous ballot.  
 
If you haven’t yet cast your ballot, you can use either the ballot below or the one previously sent.
 
As previously announced, voting is open until 5 PM Friday, April 27. 

Please indicate your choice in each of the following races (or, if you have no preference in a particular race, do not vote in that one).  A PDM endorsement requires a 2/3 vote of those sustaining members casting a vote in that race. 

Return your completed ballot by 5 PM on Friday, April 27, by emailing it to info at progressivedemsofmass.org.  i.e. forward this  message to info at progressivedemsofmass.org and  mark  your  preferences on the message to be forwarded
